Completed bids must be signed, stamped and submitted in a sealed envelope to the HIWA Tender Box at either the Beledweyne Office or Mogadishu Office.

HIWA invites qualified and legally registered vehicle rental/service providers to submit sealed bids for the provision of 2 vehicles for 12 months for project implementation in Beledweyne. The quoted monthly rate must include fuel, driver, operation and maintenance.
